Duval County (Jacksonville) is ranked as the second top-performing county along I-95 in total projects from January 2024 to July 2025! Of the 39 projects, two mobility companies helped drive Jacksonville to new heights along the southern end of the corridor: HOLON and Otto Aerospace.
