Tori Foster leads investor recruitment, onboarding and retention, and oversees planning and execution of JAXUSA’s signature events and investor meetings. She is responsible for managing, analyzing and forecasting the organization’s budget, and provides direct support to the business development team as companies evaluate the Jacksonville region for relocation or expansion. She holds a degree from the University of Central Florida.

Tricia Self provides executive support to the President of JAXUSA Partnership and coordinates project management, event planning and administrative operations across the business development team. Self manages day-to-day office operations, executive scheduling and project coordination for the President’s Office, ensuring business development activities move efficiently from inquiry through completion. She holds a degree from Regis University.

Krystal Martz provides research, data analysis and business intelligence support across JAXUSA’s business development, marketing and talent teams, advancing data-driven strategies that support the region’s economic growth. Martz holds degrees in industrial/organizational Psychology from the University of North Florida and from the University of New Haven. Her work spans competitive analysis, market research and strategic initiatives that inform how JAXUSA positions the Jacksonville region to site selectors and corporate decision-makers.
