Anna Lebesch, Ed.D., drives the strategies connecting talent, education and industry across the Jacksonville region. With more than 20 years of experience in workforce development, she has played a central role in creating more than 60 educational programs aligned with regional employer needs.

Lebesch has forged partnerships across businesses, colleges, universities and school districts to strengthen the region’s talent pipeline. Her work has supported business attraction, target industry expansion and the positioning of Northeast Florida as a destination for top talent. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s in education from the University of Missouri and a doctorate of education from the University of Florida.
