Aundra Wallace leads JAXUSA Partnership as President, overseeing business development, workforce development, research and marketing across the seven-county Jacksonville region. Under his leadership, JAXUSA announced 116 projects, generating more than 17,000 direct jobs and $6.4 billion in capital investment from 2019 to 2025.

Before joining JAXUSA in 2018, Wallace served as CEO of the City of Jacksonville’s Downtown Investment Authority, where he led major infrastructure and real estate development initiatives. Prior roles include Executive Director of the Detroit Land Bank Authority, Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate at the North Carolina Community Development Initiative, and 12 years in executive positions with Miami-Dade County Government, including President & CEO of the Miami-Dade Empowerment Trust. He serves on numerous regional and statewide boards and holds a Master of Public Administration from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Georgia Southern University. He is also a Certified Housing Development Finance Professional and a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
